CURRENT OPENINGS
- Facilitators: (2) – to help support our men & women groups – seeking out pastors, ministers, or deacons who themselves are people of recovery who wish to give back & can relate to the spiritual needs of our participants. The ability to teach the word is required and must have 5 -10 years’ experience.
- Case Managers: seeking 2 individuals with 5 -10 years’ experience providing social work within a non-profit recovery or transitional housing organization, maintaining clients files and ensuring they meet all agency requirements.
- Administrative Assistant: seeking 2 individuals with 5 -10 years’ experience working in a faith based recovery non-profit environment preferred with startup experience as well, but required to assist in our transition from Columbus, Ohio to Charlotte, NC. (Social Media, Video Recording, Take Notes, Maintain Surveys, Maintain Website & Design )
- Community Development & Relations: seeking 5 people with 5 – 10 years’ experience who have the skill &knowledge to build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 companies in order to foster sponsorships to enhance God’s vision and mission for CFTHM recovery outreach intervention support group reaches its goals.
- Capacity Building: seeking 5 people with 5 – 10 years’ experience who have the talent to hit the floor running, as a community liaison leader you will assist us by establishing partnerships and collaborations, to help improve the quality of existing programs and services, and increase financial resources, in addition to building a sustainable funding streams. (GRANT WRITING EXPERINCE REQUIRED)
- Chief Financial Officer: Seeking an established C. P. A. with 5 -10 years’ experience working with non-profits that are in startup mode. Candidates must have experience managing Multi-Million dollar accounts, Auditing, Payroll, QuickBooks, and proficient in all Local, State, and Federal Tax requirements.
- Workforce Development Coordinator: seeking 2 people with 5 – 10 years’ experience teaching intro to computers, resume development, and assisting with job search, dress for success, and interviewing techniques. This is an open opportunity for the right 2 individuals to establish your footprint and reach your personal goals of helping those who have reentry and substance abuse challenges get back on their feet.
- Board Members: seeking 7 serious people who have 5 – 10 years’ experience being a part of a non-profit board and was active ensuring the vision and mission of those boards was being meet, by raising funds to meet programming needs.
To start I am searching for someone with at least 7 years’ experience to become my Board Chair & Vice Chair. Recovery experience a plus!! / Secretary / Treasurer / 3 Directors
